Your responsibilities include overseeing entire projects, mentoring mid-level and junior coordinators, and influencing strategic project decisions. You balance client management, project execution, and team leadership, integrating MakeReign's methodologies with innovative management approaches to drive project success. You lead projects with a significant impact on the business, nurturing a team's growth and contributing strategically to MakeReign's project management practices.
What you’ll be required to do:
Business Development
You are not just executing projects; you are also a driver for new business. Your ability to manage client relationships and identify new project opportunities plays a crucial role in the company's revenue growth.
Scope, Costs & Proposals
Reaching the Senior Project Coordinator level, you can now oversee complex budgeting and cost management across a range of projects. You can scope effectively, know how and which people to bring together to discuss and align on approaches for projects, and understand the collaborative nature of decision making of new projects. Your role involves ensuring the financial robustness of projects, aligning them with profitability goals and providing high-level financial guidance to leadership to ensure effectiveness, profitability and future improvement.
Team Performance & Coordination
Your management skills shine through in maintaining high team morale and productivity. As a senior figure, you tackle team dynamics and conflicts, ensuring a harmonious and efficient working environment. You are now the anchor point for overall team performance, setting an example in conflict resolution and collaborative working.
Project Delivery & Success
You're recognised for leading large, multifaceted projects with a strategic approach to project success. Holding total accountability for project delivery, you set the bar for excellence and lead strategic initiatives, directly influencing project outcomes and organisational objectives.
Project Recon, Reporting & Retrospectives
Your advanced proficiency in project analysis and reporting informs strategic decision-making at senior levels. Leading in high-level project retrospectives, your insights and directives shape company strategy and operations. You play a critical role in translating project experiences into actionable strategies and organisational learning.
Process Improvements and Optimisation
An expert in process improvements, your focus is on enhancing scalability and sustainability of project management practices. You spearhead company-wide process optimisation initiatives, setting standards and best practices for the organisation, fostering an environment where continuous improvement is paramount.
Mastery in Communication
Excelling in stakeholder management, overcoming challenges and being involved in complex negotiations.
Expert Organisational skills
Demonstrating superior project planning and execution, managing multiple large-scale projects.
Strategic Leadership
Leading projects with a strategic perspective, ensuring alignment with business goals both client’s and MakeReign’s
